What is an NFC business card?
An NFC (Near Field Communication) business card contains a tiny chip that transmits your contact information wirelessly to any modern smartphone. Instead of handing someone a paper card they'll lose, they tap your card and your digital profile opens instantly — no app needed on their phone.
Does it work with all phones?
Yes. NFC is built into virtually every smartphone released since 2015, including iPhone 7+ and all Android devices from that era onward. If a phone can use Apple Pay or Google Pay, it can read your FistTap. We also include a QR code backup printed on every card.
What's included in the monthly fee?
The monthly fee covers hosting of your custom digital profile page, the analytics dashboard (Pro/Team), lead capture storage, and ongoing platform updates. The Basic tier has no monthly fee — your vCard is static and doesn't require hosting.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is 7–10 business days within Canada and the US. Expedited 3–5 business day shipping is available at checkout. International orders typically take 10–14 business days.
Can I update my card info later?
Absolutely. Pro and Team cardholders have a self-service editor — you can update your photo, links, bio, and contact details any time without ordering a new card. The chip in the card always points to the same URL; only the content at that URL changes.
What if I lose my card?
You can order a replacement card at a reduced reprint cost. Your digital profile and all your data remain intact in your account — nothing is lost. We recommend keeping your QR code handy as a backup.
Do you offer custom-printed cards?
All FistTap orders include fully custom printing. We offer matte black as our signature finish, and Pro/Team customers can add custom branding elements, logos, and colour accents. Fill out the quote form to discuss your design requirements.
