Terms of Service

1. Service Description

FistTap provides NFC-enabled business cards and associated digital profile hosting services (the "Service"). By placing an order or creating an account you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro and Team tiers require a recurring monthly subscription billed on the same date each month. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months. Physical card orders are final sale.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use FistTap to distribute illegal content, spam, malware, or material that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights. You must not impersonate another person or entity. FistTap reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without prior notice or refund.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, logos, bios, links). You grant FistTap a limited, non-exclusive licence to display and host that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. The FistTap platform, branding, and underlying technology remain the exclusive property of FistTap.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FistTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to FistTap in the three months preceding the claim.

6. Modifications

FistTap may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you by email or via an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
